How many immigrants will it take, before someone strikes upon the idea, that those workers have to understand the English language. If not? There will be daily 'death' rolls. I know they are working on the cheap, but so are their lives when they are not responsive to instruction. Maybe, I can start a 'construction' epiphany seminar to give migrant workers, and their ilk, etc. the option to understand what their responsibility at the construction site. The instruction will be given in English and will require passing an English comprehension exam. There is a need for intense therapy and courage. Take the time to mentor some of these laborers. I am sure, if they knew what they were doing, there would be less construction accidents.
